These are good indicators of a lowered immune system. A lot of people take a trip to the doctor at the first signs of a cold.   • Garlic cloves – chop up 2 garlic cloves into pieces (small enough to swallow), place in your mouth and swallow them. Do this at least three times per day. Garlic is a fantastic anti-microbial, therefore killing unhealthy micro-organismÂ’s that may be present.
  • Green Tea – green tea leaves are high in antioxidants and boost the immune system.

  • Wash your hands regularly to prevent spreading and carrying germs.
  • Drink plenty of water – at least 2 litres per day.
  • Eat nutritious foods such as fruits and vegetables which contain high amounts of vitamins and minerals to boost your digestive and immune system to help fight infection.
  • Avoid dairy foods such as milk, as this increases mucous production.
