Boost your immune system naturally this winter!

These are good indicators of a lowered immune system. A lot of people take a trip to the doctor at the first signs of a cold.   • Drink plenty of water – at least 2 litres per day.

  • Avoid dairy foods such as milk, as this increases mucous production.
