Healthy Summer Steak Burger

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– Lean medium sized piece of steak

– Spinach & rocket leaves

– 1 tomato sliced

– 1/2 small onion sliced

– 1 small carrot grated

– 1/2 avocado

– 1 Soy & linseed bread roll

– freshly boiled small beetroot grated

– 1/2 cup sliced capsicum

– small dash of your choice of aoli for flavour

 

Method:

Place 1/2 avocado on both sides of the bread roll to get started. Place onion and steak in a fry pan and keep turning until it is cooked to how you like your steak, whether it is slightly pink, or completely cooked the whole way through. Place spinach and rocket leaves on the avocado, then steak, aoli, carrot, beetroot, capsicum, tomato and onion. Place the lid of the roll on the top and you have yourself an easy delicious summer steak burger! How easy?
