Homemade Muesli






3 cups of rolled oats

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons LSA mix (health section in grocery store or health food store)

1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts

1/4 cup chopped dried apricots

1/4 cup sultanas

1/4 cup puffed rice



Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together

Serving suggestion: 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt & 1 teaspoon of natural honey or 1 cup of soy, oat or rice milk with mixed berries
