Lime Chicken







3 cloves of garlic (minced)

salt & pepper

3 chicken breasts

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 cup orange juice, pineapple or mango

3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard




1. Poke small holes in chicken breast pieces to increase flavours

2. Season with salt and pepper

3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and add to chicken pieces and allow to sit for 6 hours

4. Cook chicken pieces over a medium heat until cooked

5. Serve with a garden salad
