Protein Shake

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

2 scoops protein powder (ask Leisa for a good quality protein powder)

handful of mixed berries – strawberries, blueberries & rasberries

2 teaspoons of LSA mix

1 handful of rolled oats

 

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender and mix together

Add ice into the blender also if you want it chilled

 

This delicious protein shake is a great start to the day by encouraging blood sugar regulation leaving you feel satisfied for longer.
