Whole-grain crackers & avocado dip

Ingredients

1/2 avocado

2 whole-grain crackers or rice cakes

cracked pepper

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

Preparation

Place avocado, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper into a small bowl and mix together into a smooth consistency.

Spread a small amount onto whole-grain crackers or rice cakes.

 

A yummy healthy snack that can be eaten in moderation. High in essential fatty acids (healthy fats), vitamin A & E. This snack can also be eaten for lunch – add carrot, spinach, salmon or tuna.
